Green coffee for mills and roasters that already know their spec — Egyptian and Gulf blends first, other discharge on request. Not a supermarket roast.

HS: 0901.11 (coffee, not roasted, not decaffeinated). Other 0901 headings only if the buyer asks for roasted or decaf.
Origin / discharge: Brazil (Minas Gerais / Cerrado / Mogiana; Espírito Santo for conilon). Discharge: Egypt and the Gulf; other ports on request.
Grade: Standard quote: Brazil Arabica Natural Santos NY 2/3 Screen 17/18 SSFC — Sul de Minas / Cerrado — current crop. Other screens on request (16/17, 15/16, 18 flat, mixed). Screen split on the contract when specified (e.g. min. 80–85% on 17; max 5% below 16). Default cup: Strictly Soft, Fine Cup, free from Rio / Rioy. Hard Cup or commercial Rio only when the mill asks.
Packing: 60 kg jute; GrainPro or equivalent hermetic liner when the lane or storage requires it.
Season: Harvest roughly April–September (conilon earlier; arabica peaks June–July). New crop ships after milling; previous-crop blending only if stated.
Terms: FOB Santos (or named Brazilian port) or CIF Egypt / Gulf, quoted per lot.
Documents: Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary. Moisture and pre-shipment sample on the contract.

Packing: Cartons from Egyptian packing, premium or everyday line.
Season: Harvest roughly August–November; dry dates move from stock year-round.
Terms: FOB Egypt or CIF Jakarta / other discharge, quoted per lot.
Documents: Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary. Halal arranged for Indonesia and other markets when the buyer requires it.

There is no public price list. The house prices the lot in front of it.

Papers that travel with the cargo

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and health or phytosanitary papers as the lane requires. Halal for dates into Indonesia and other markets on request. Import licenses remain the buyer’s side unless we agree otherwise.

04 — The house

A small desk that ships large lots.

Mwasim is a food trading house. We do not pretend to sell everything. We know five products well, and we know the roads they already take.

Dates leave Egypt for Indonesia. Olives and frozen fries leave Egypt for Brazil. Cocoa comes the other way — from Indonesia and Brazil into Egypt, and on to the Gulf when the buyer is there. Green coffee leaves Brazil for mills in Egypt and the Gulf.

If your port is not on that list, write anyway. The house is built to move a lot to wherever it is wanted.
